The challenge
GRAVAMAIS has an extensive, technical catalogue — stamps, seals and custom engraving, with many variants per product. The challenge was turning that into an online store that wouldn't confuse customers, with a simple checkout and payment methods suited to the Portuguese market.
The solution
We built a WooCommerce store with clear category navigation, product pages organised for a technical catalogue, and a checkout with Portuguese payment methods integrated end to end.
Outcome
GRAVAMAIS gained a direct sales channel, no longer relying on manual email or phone orders for most of its catalogue.
